Steve Turner also held a popular daily seminar focused on maximising salon profitability through client loyalty, marketing and business development. The stand, meanwhile, provided a forum for visitors to specify individual educational needs, and find out how Salon Educators can help to achieve their aims and goals.
Salon Educators’ Deborah Whitehead commented, “Shows like this aren’t just about showing off our products and services. It’s vital to us as a company to be able to talk to our customers and respond to their requirements. The feedback we received and in-depth discussions we held gave us a deeper insight into the work our customers do and the common problems they share. We’ve already been using that feedback to further tweak and improve our educational and salon support services, as well as begin development of new solutions that will make immediate improvements to businesses in the region.
“I would personally like to thank everyone who made this show such a success for Salon Educators, including the organisers Messe Frankfurt, Madi International and Bareface models and all the visitors who showed such great interest in what we do.”
Steve Turner said, “Events like this forge new relationships and friendships, whether that’s with a large business or an individual stylist. This year we had an incredible and positive response, and met some fantastic people, with whom I’m very much looking forward to building strong and lasting relationships in the future.”
